This multi-media exhibition draws on the aho sacred threads that link the nine artists together of: whānaungatanga acknowledgment of the kinship and cross pollination between all the artists; auahatanga or creativity as a taonga handed down from the ancestors; whakapapa genealogical threads and design processes that provoke new artworks and; mātauranga Māori knowledge. Artists are: Paula Rigby, Piri Cowie, Rahera Clark, Madia Purvis-Manihera, Lisa Aumua, Corabelle Summerstom, Lisa Harding, Kim Rigby and Helena Rollo.
